1 Year Exchange / Refund Warranty:
Our ink products are guaranteed against any defects or malfunctions for 1 Full Year. In the event that your product is defective, you can return it for an even exchange or full money-back refund.

If an item needs to be returned because it was ordered wrong, we charge a restocking fee of 25% for wall mounts, and $4.99 for all other items.

Information Regarding OEM Products:
Name brand cartridges (Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, HP Lexmark, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.

Printer Warranty Policy:
It's our guarantee - our compatible inkjet cartridges do not violate your printer warranty. They are 100% guaranteed compatible and by law, your warranty is not voided if 100% compatible cartridges are used in place of OEM cartridges. The following is an excerpt from the text of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act:

We ship using USPS and UPS, at our discretion. Depending on the size and weight of the package USPS orders will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
When you purchase more than one item ( either a diferent product, or a multiple quantity of the same item ), you will receive a 5% discount on all additional items after the first one - This way we will transfer our savings to you !

Second-Day Delivery:

UPS Second Day Air Delivery is $11.99 for US only. Some orders may cost more, you will be contacted with the price difference prior to processing your payment. Same day shipping for UPS Second-Day orders available if the order is placed before 4PM EST.

Next-Day Delivery:

UPS Next Day Air Delivery is $24.99 for US inkjet orders. Some orders may cost more, you will be contacted with the price difference prior to processing your payment. Same day shipping for UPS Next-Day orders available if the order is placed before 4PM EST.

Canadian Orders:
$6.99
All Canadian orders are shipped via International Air Mail USPS. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package. Most orders will ship for $6.99. Customers will be contacted via email if there is a difference in the shipping costs. All Canadian packages are shipped at the customer's risk. Please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.

Additional Shipping Guidelines :

• All orders are subject to verification.
• Most credit card orders are shipped within 24 hours.
• We do ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO address at the customer's risk.
• Your order will be delayed if an incorrect billing address is supplied.
• Personal check orders will be shipped once the check has cleared. Please note this may take up to 5 business days.
• All orders shipping to an address different than the billing address are subject to further verification. All orders over $100.00 must ship to a verified billing address or a shipping address that is on file with the credit card company.
• We do not ship partial orders. All orders will be shipped in their entirety when the all the items are available.
• Orders shipped should arrive within 4-7 business days. However, it is our policy to allow 15 business days for USPS deliveries.
